We have now incorporated a bent 90 degree 1/4″ steel plate welded in on the hinge side that wraps around the inside of the body when safe door is closed (hinge side only) from the very top of the door to the very bottom of the door and that virtually insures the possibilities of pry attempts or door removal attempts to be useless – much stronger that the bolts we used to use – because the 1/4″ steel wraps around the inside of the whole body of the safe.

2) We have build 1″ plate steel vault doors with a 2″ cement gap for strength & durability that makes for a lifetime door with the ultimate protections.

3) We have built Double vault doors that people use for a conference rooms & larger safe rooms with and without a center piece.

4) We use 5/8th” fireboard as a standard fireproofing rated at 1200 degrees @ 30 minutes on our level 2 safes on all six sides and two layers of 5/8th” fireboard back to back as a standard fireproofing rated at 1500 degrees @ 45 minutes on our level 5 safes all six sides and on our level 7 safes we use BOTH 2 layers of fire board 5/8th” & ceramic blanket on all six sides that gives you a total of 2300 degree fireproofing @ 60 minutes and we can also layer any amount of the above inside the safe walls for any application needed.

5) We usually can custom build just about anything inside of 2-3 weeks.

6) All products built thru us come with with a LIFETIME WARRANTY on ALL our security locks and we protect you against Fire and attempted Breakins – Simply stated: We will repair OR replace the damaged part of the safe or vault door OR we will build you a new safe or vault door for the lifttime of our customers. PERIOD!
